The first ever cat film festival debuted in Minneapolis in
August 2012. It might not be Sundance but it might be the most fun film
festival to feature our furry friends and their hilarious antics. Cat videos
have been an Internet staple, well since there ever was an Internet and a
person with a camera, so why not take that show on the road? Kittehs everywhere
will unite to show their best displays of grumpy kitty, surprised kitty or just

With the tremendous success and support of this unique film
festival the creators decided to add more dates across the country. The next
stop is Chicago this coming weekend. On October 19th, the Cat Film Festival will make its
debut at the Irish American Heritage Center where thousands of cat enthusiasts will
