The weather outside was frightful but the food was delightful at our annual home office Christmas party. It is always nice to gather with the people you work with everyday in a relaxed and jolly environment. We are a lucky bunch having a vegan chef always in our presence. Chef Alex took a break from his other Native projects to prepare everyone an elegant vegan spread of hors d'oeuvres.
He had previewed his holiday spread one Monday afternoon in the office , it was met with rave reviews of course.
Lucky for you we have attached a couple of the recipes he used, including my favorite, risotto cheese balls!
