Breakfast of Champions

The best part about smoothies is the ability to create your own! If you are looking for a new blend to add to your morning routine, here is one of my favorites:


1 avocado 

1 cup frozen mango chunks

1 banana 

1 handful of spinach 

2 tablespoons of flaxseed 

1 cup of orange juice (more of less depending on how thick you want your smoothie) 

Blend all ingredients together. 


And there you have it…enough for 2 days!
